RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At PodiumEdge, every order is packed with care and we genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that shopping online requires trust, and we don't take that lightly.
Our Policy Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, and if you ever have questions about a product before buying, we're always happy to help — just reach out to us at podiumedge@gmail.com.
Damaged or Defective Items We know how disappointing it can be to receive a product that isn't in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please don't worry — we've got you covered. Simply contact us at podiumedge@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, we'll arrange a free replacement and make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Your experience matters to us and we'll always do our best to make things right.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product by mistake, please contact us at podiumedge@gmail.com within 48 hours and we'll send you the correct item straight away at no extra cost.
Important Notes
- Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
- PodiumEdge reserves the right to assess each case individually and may request additional information before processing a replacement.
